Who it's for

The subscription is for businesses. Please subscribe on behalf of a business, not as a private individual.

What you get

• Picks up your calls when you can't
• Answers your common questions
• Captures each caller's enquiry
• Helps callers book an appointment
• Hands callers to you when they need a person
• Set up and tuned to your business by Arian

Price and payment

The subscription costs £197 a month, with no setup fee. Stripe takes the first payment when you subscribe, then the same amount on the same date each month.

Your price stays at £197 for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.

Setup

Once you subscribe, Arian emails you to arrange setup and asks for what the receptionist needs to know, such as your opening hours, services and common questions. Arian sets it up, tunes it to your business and tells you when it's live.

Your part

Give us accurate information about your business and tell us when it changes. The receptionist is automated and can make mistakes, so it isn't suitable for emergencies or for advice that needs a qualified person. You're responsible for how you use it with your callers, including any notices the law requires you to give them.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@werkstudioo.com. Cancelling stops future payments, and the receptionist keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.

We may end the subscription if a payment fails and isn't put right, or if the service is used unlawfully. We'll email you before we do.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost business or missed opportunities, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll email you at least 14 days before the change applies, and you can cancel at any time. Your price lock doesn't change. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
